Since the late 70's, Gail has been an on-going Consultant and Seminar Leader to the Canyon Ranch Spas (Arizona and Massachusetts) and has helped to maximize Teacher Training Programs for the Peninsula Spa (NY City), for their teachers and massage therapists. Her expertise and professionalism have secured her place as a highly regarded speaker and teacher in many venues, including Cal-A-Vie, Rancho La Puerta, New Life Spa and St. Maarten's La Samanna Resort Hotel. She was the Injury Prevention Specialist for AVON'S National Running Circuit, Media Spokeswoman and Educator for PRINCE FOODS, Exercise Therapist for the YMCA Learning Labs and Road Runners Club. Gail has lead a host of health/ergonomics/sportsmedicine seminars at several corporations including TIME-LIFE, Pepsi-Co., Revlon, Estee Lauder, HBO, Merrill Lynch, American Express, Macy's, EXXON, Mobil, Xerox and Women's Sports Foundation. She has edited and stylized numerous articles for more than 50 major national publications including PREVENTION, GQ, SELF, Harper's Bazaar, Allure, Time, Ladies' Home Journal, VOGUE (both the German and American Editions), and was Contributing Health Editor to NEW BODY Magazine (now FIT).
Some of her professional associations include IDEA, ACSM, The Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago, The Women's Sports Foundation and The American Back Society.

One of her main goals is being an educator and motivator to people of all ages and physical challenges; reaching out to the lay and professional health communities. She takes pride in continuing to create Stress Management, "BackSchool", Lifestyle and Wellness Programs.
