His latest book is Speaking Your Mind in 101 Difficult Situations.

Don has been writing books and offering communication programs since 1980. He has presented his programs to corporate clients such as Marriott Hotels, Merrill Lynch, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Time-Warner, Inc. Don was a spokesperson for Grand Marnier, Sprint and Frito-Lay, and is a frequent media guest. The New Yorker called Don, "a gifted conversationalist." He has been a member of the National Speakers Association since 1991.
