Participants are provided with reinforcement and support for assimilating stress management techniques into their lives.

Stress Management Coaching – This is a personal stress management program designed for the busy executive who does not want to go to seminar, and would rather learn stress management techniques in the privacy of his or her office. All the techniques in Journey Into Relaxation are taught in these one-on-one sessions.

Humor and Optimism as Tools for Good Health – Research on how laughter and optimism benefit the human body has become mainstream. Both research scientists and clinicians have come to realize that these two resources provide enormous physical and mental benefits when they are incorporated into our daily lives. The purpose of this program is to teach participants how to think optimistically and experience more joy and laughter in their day to day activities. Combining lecture with workshop activities, this program teaches the concept of learned optimism, the importance of gratitude and reframing, and tips on how to think and feel like a stand-up comedian. With the tools of humor and optimism, you will have two vital resources for attaining happiness and good health.
